International Nepal Fellowship (Nepal) is a Non-Government Organization established in 1952 and serves the poor and disadvantaged people of Nepal to enable life to its fullness through health and development services. INF Nepal is currently working in health and community development services in the Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali, and Sudurpashchim Provinces of Nepal.

For the following positions, INF Nepal is seeking competent, skilled, service oriented, and devoted Nepali citizens who shares our vision, mission, and values.

1. Position: Staff Nurse

Required Number: Few

Location: Green Pastures Hospital, Pokhara, Nepal

Purpose of the Job:

The Job holder is responsible for promoting and restoring patient’s health need in collaboration with multidisciplinary team members, provision of direct and qualitative patient care, provision of holistic care as per patients’ needs along with their visitors, documentation, reporting and maintenance of records to facilitate smooth functioning.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge:

• PCL Nursing registered with Nepal Nursing Council.
• Minimum of one year of practical experience in a hospital inpatient setting. However, freshers are also encouraged to apply.
• Ability to provide standard nursing care with compassion and excellence.
• Demonstrated sensitivity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Proficiency in using automated and technical medical equipment.
• Good computer knowledge with Word, Excel.
• Experience using hospital management software is an advantage.
• Understanding of, and agreement with, the values which are important to INF Nepal.

2. Position: Medical Officer

Required Number: 2

Location: Green Pastures Hospital, Pokhara

Purpose of the Job:

The post holder is responsible for providing safe, timely, and evidence-based medical care to patients admitted to the Accident & Trauma Room (ATR), Intensive Care Unit (ICU), and Inpatient Department (IPD). The role focuses on initial patient assessment, stabilization, ongoing clinical management, accurate documentation, and performance of essential procedures within competency, effective communication with consultants and multidisciplinary teams, and participation in shift-based service delivery.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge: 

• Must have an MBBS Degree, registered at Nepal Medical Council.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is an advantage.
• Experience in emergency medicine, ICU or inpatient care is preferred.
• Must demonstrate sensitivity and confidentiality.
• Must have leadership skills, cross-cultural skills, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good clinical history-taking, examination, and making relevant differential diagnosis skills.
• Must have basic computer skill and knowledge of software/systems related to hospitals.
• Good English Language skills both written and spoken.
• Must have proactive approach to patient care and must be honest and demonstrate integrity.
• Good understanding of, and agreement with the values which are important to INF Nepal.
