Requirement:

• Education-Minimum of Bachelor’s degree.
• Work experience- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Hotel Sales & Marketing.

Jobs and responsibilities:

1. Create and implement strategic plans to boost revenue and achieve sales objectives.
2. Develop strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
3. Identify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking with dedicated Sales call to potential clients/market.
4. Serve as the main contact for key accounts, understanding their needs and customizing offerings accordingly Clients requirements.
5. Negotiate terms and contracts with clients for room bookings, event spaces, and services offered by the Hotel.
6. Sell event spaces and services for weddings, conferences, and other events hosted at the hotel.
7. Managing Online travel platforms to ensure Sales boost.
8. Work with other departments to coordinate efforts and ensure seamless event execution.
9. Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to update sales strategies.
10. Develop campaigns to drive sales during off-peak periods and promote hotel amenities.
11. Address guest inquiries and complaints, soliciting feedback for improvement.
12. Act as an ambassador at industry events to promote the hotel and build brand awareness.
13. Maintain alertness to promptly address any incoming client phone inquiries anytime.
