Sustainable Solutions P. Ltd is looking for one to two full time software developers to work on our mSupply suite of products. 

About Us

Our mSupply software is the most used software in the world for health supply chain management in low & middle income countries.

We have a wonderful team spanning 5 countries, with about 18 staff in Nepal.

About You

We are looking for software developers who will:

• have preferably 2 years or more experience in general software development work. We are open to new graduates with potential.

• Be able to commit to the company for 3 years or more. We have a special wage package that will bind you to us for the next 3 years, so do not apply if you are not serious !  

• work on our existing software built using 4D. We’ll give you lots of training and lots of support and the time to learn it. This is a critical tool and new applicants must learn it to develop and to provide support. 

• As hinted above, you won’t be limited to programming only ! We are a small team, so client support will also be required. 

• from year 2 hopefully, you will increasingly work on our new open source technologies that are written in Rust & Typescript.

• Salary: NRs 40,000 to 100,000 per month (Based on your experience and current market value. If you need more than this, then you would need to demonstrate that you are very special :-) …  and we would need to agree. )

• Experience: We are looking for candidates with experience but will consider new graduate if we feel that the candidate is suitable.

How will you be evaluated ?

• Your online answers will be reviewed. Failure to follow instructions will disqualify you !

• Your answers should be your own, using AI tools will not help.

• We will conduct a programming test at the Sustainable Solutions office.

  • You can use any Javascript framework or basic scripted enabled Javascript web page to answer the programming questions.

  • There will be SQL questions.

• You will be requested for an interview once we are satisfied with your skill level.
