Social Media and Sales Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic, proactive, and creative Social Media and Sales Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day sales in our premium store, handle social media and e-commerce enquires, and help with modelling and content creation to drive sales online. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, a keen understanding of content creation, and strong sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales assistant in our physical store located in Bhainsepati.  Engage with customers and drive sales.

• Help create and curate engaging content across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).

• Handle social media inquiries and execute sales online.

• Collaborate with the sales team to align social media campaigns with sales objectives.

• Participate in modeling and promoting products through social media channels.

• Engage with followers and respond to inquiries promptly.

• Track and report on social media performance and sales results.

• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• Some experience in social media management, content creation, and sales.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and design.
  
• Proactive nature and can-do attitude.
• Willing to participate in modelling activities for social media advertising.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
