Key responsibilities:
● Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO roadmap to enhance search rankings and drive high-quality organic traffic to company websites;
● Conduct in-depth website analysis to identify existing issues and opportunities, focusing on crawlability, site structure, content, and link acquisition;
● Identify, monitor, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to SEO;
● Execute advanced keyword research, SERP and competitor analysis, semantic optimization, SERP snippet and CTR optimization, and internal link structure enhancements to improve overall website visibility and incremental traffic;
● Collaborate closely with writers and content specialists to develop, edit, and fact-check content for optimal SEO practices, ensuring keyword-rich, user-friendly, authoritative, trustworthy, well-structured content aligned with user search intent;
● Optimize existing and new content, URL structures, and page elements to meet SEO best practices and enhance usability;
● Ensure the overall quality and SEO optimization of onsite content, including keyword density, positioning, image attributes, headers, call-to-actions, internal links, plagiarism checks, content accuracy, usability, and relevance;
● Work closely with the Link acquisition and digital PR team to generate backlinks that improve website rankings for target queries;
● Partner with UX, content, and writing teams to enhance conversion rates and overall user experience on websites;
● Utilize tools like Hotjar, Google Analytics, Search Console, and internal resources such as phone calls and interviews to gain insights into user behavior and propose site conversion improvements;
Create and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports, communicating SEO goals and projects effectively to internal partners, including senior executives.
General skills, knowledge, and requirements:
● Substantial experience in launching and optimizing large websites with 10,000 to 20,000 pages;
● Minimum 3 years of SEO industry experience;
● Profound knowledge of best search engine optimization practices (on-site and off-site) and adherence to Google guidelines;
● Comprehensive understanding of search engine behavior, including content crawling, reading, avoidance of unfavorable practices, and impactful on-page changes in line with current algorithms;
● Competent in microdata, semantic HTML, CSS, JS, digital analytics, log file analysis, search engine and browser functionality, WordPress, and other CMS platforms.
● Proficient in using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, G Suite, and related tools;
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team, effectively managing multiple tasks and priorities;
● Strong interpersonal skills for collaborative efforts across teams to achieve results;
