Experience We’re Looking For:

• Senior full-stack developer with strong experience in modern web application development
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and component-based frontend frameworks (e.g. React or similar)
• Experience building production applications with modern frameworks (e.g. Next.js or equivalent)
• Solid backend experience designing APIs and working with databases (SQL/Postgres or similar)
• Experience integrating third-party services (e.g. payments, messaging, identity, or other APIs)
• Understanding of modern application architecture (serverless, event-driven, or scalable systems)
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimisation skills
• Ability to work across evolving stacks and pick up new tools quickly

Must-Haves:

• Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with Australian clients
• Confidence participating in client discussions, translating technical concepts into clear outcomes
• Reliable availability aligned to Australian business hours (or with meaningful overlap)
• Ability to work on small and large projects, as our company provides basic websites as well as technical ones

What Makes You Stand Out:

• Experience building and scaling SaaS or high-growth digital products
• Strong understanding of event-driven architectures and background processing
• Experience with real-time systems or asynchronous workflows
• Familiarity with CI/CD and modern deployment environments (e.g. Vercel or similar)
• Experience integrating complex third-party services (payments, identity, messaging, etc.)
• Product mindset — able to think beyond code and contribute to UX, flows, and outcomes
• Experience working across multiple stacks (including legacy systems such as PHP/Laravel)
