We’re looking for a talented Senior Travel Content Writer to help bring these impactful stories to life in our Kathmandu office.

Position Overview

We’re seeking a seasoned Travel Content Writer who specializes in crafting engaging, informative, and SEO-optimized content about volunteer travel and tour programs. In this role, you’ll produce compelling articles, blog posts, and program descriptions that inform and inspire global travelers.

Key Responsibilities

• Create original, high-quality content focused on volunteer travel, cultural tours, and international programs
• Develop blog posts, destination guides, volunteer program descriptions, and promotional materials
• Conduct thorough research on destinations and volunteer opportunities to ensure accuracy and engagement
• Implement effective SEO strategies to boost search visibility and engagement
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to maintain a consistent brand voice
• Edit and proofread content for clarity, proper grammar, and narrative appeal

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional content writing experience
• Proven expertise in travel, tour, or volunteer-related writing (writing samples required)
• Strong storytelling, research, and editing abilities
• Master’s degree in English preferred (or equivalent experience in travel/tourism content)
• Solid understanding of SEO best practices and digital content marketing
• Excellent attention to detail and reliable deadline management
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
