Requirements

• Experience of 5 years+ of design experience, working on production applications with real-world users 
• Proven work experience collaborating with designers, engineers, and product managers
• Proven understanding of the end-to-end design process, including research, prototyping, usability testing
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated with a passion for pixel perfection, consistency, organization, usability, and discoverability
• Experience building and maintaining a reusable design system.
• Ability to collect and interpret both qualitative and quantitative feedback
• Strong visual and typographic sensibility
• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
• A positive attitude, a sense of humor, and a desire to build accessible products for all users
• Familiarity with HTML / CSS / Javascript is a plus.
• Able to provide samples of work that show complex and creative UX solutions, strong visual design, and solid information architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design simple, elegant, data-driven, user-centric experiences that delight users.
• Build functional prototypes to validate and test your designs.  
• Define the user experience, interactions, and user interface through user flows, information architecture, sketches and wireframes, and visual design.
• Participate in user research and testing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business goals into unique product experiences.
• Look for opportunities to solve problems in unique and innovative ways.
• Help maintain visual and brand consistency between all products and outlets.
