Duties & Responsibilities:

• In charge of the overall management and profitability of the assigned outlet.
• Evaluate outlet operations and establish actions plans for continuous improvement.
• Lead team with exceptional customer services.
• Train a highly effective team committed to achieving set targets.
• Develop staff into service professionals and groom high potentials to leadership roles.
• Any other tasks as assigned by the Management. 
• Complete Haircutting techniques and including trims, layers and texturing.
• Helps client decide their ideal haircut and haircut and hair style.
• Analyze the condition of the hair and prepare for styling.
• Stays updated on hairstyle trends and styling methods.
• Ability to create and communicate new design ideas.
• Explains the best ways to maintain hair health and why it is important.
• Follows all salon policies and procedures.
• Transforming people’s look and making them feel good about themselves.
• Able to work in relaxed informal and buzzy atmosphere with like-minded creative people.
• Supervising junior officers.
• Managing bookings and welcoming clients into the store.
• Providing recommendations on styles and products that will be most beneficial to clients based on their hair type, condition and style desires.
• Actively follow up with staff to ensure provision of quality services at every point.
• Conduct research on industry related topics and suggest new ways to promote company offerings.

Skills:

• Knows Hair cutting, hair styling and hair coloring best practices.
• Communicate clearly and has strong active listening skills.
• Builds long- term relationships with clients and has excellent social skills.
• Work confidently in s fast – paced salon has good time –management skills are punctual and are detail oriented.
• Proactively develop new clients.

Experience: 1 Year

Salary: Negotiable

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Preparing the food ingredients
• Ensuring all the vegetables, fruits, meat are fresh 
• Clean and tidy all areas to the standard cleanliness within time limits
• Maintain equipment in good condition
• Sweeping, mopping, dusting and vacuuming to remove dirt, debris & dust from floors and other surfaces.
• Washing, drying and folding beddings and towels.
• Laundering clothing as required
• Report on any storages, damage or security issues
• Purchase or order groceries and house hold supplies to keep kitchens stocked, and record expenditures.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma 
• Proven Cleaning Experience
• Ability to work independently and remain motivated
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
