Alchemy Digital Media Group is a Web Design and Internet Marketing Company, with offices in Florida, USA, and Kathmandu, Nepal. We provide a full Internet consultative service for our clients, starting from the design and set up of their websites through to optimization of those sites in order to bring in more targeted traffic.
We are now seeking an SEO specialist to come and join our team and to help us grow and help us obtain top positions on Search Engines for our clients, to increase the visibility and accessibility of their web sites on the Internet. Alchemy Digital Media provides a positive work atmosphere and culture, characterized by teamwork, training, accomplishment and respect.
* Passion to learn about SEO and study all the latest ethical techniques (They follow best practice guidelines only)
* Work closely with colleagues to test different search engine marketing and web site design ideas to improve search engine optimization for client’s sites
* Review and analyze web sites, through detailed written documentation, identifying areas for improvement and change relative to SEO. Communication of these findings (and resolutions of issues) to clients via conference calls
* Suggest SEO content to include strategic key phrase placement within compelling copy that maximizes opportunities for indexing, ranking, click-through, and conversion
* Responsible for implementing different strategies such as changing keywords, H1 tags, copy on web site and implementing editorial improvements to meet clients online objectives and desired targeted organic search positions
* Reports to our Chief Technical Officer
* Responsible for updating reports for client using internal templates
* Work with an internal counterpart (HTML Lead Programmer) to direct meta tag changes to the website
* Responsible for analyzing, reviewing,identifying properly targeted keywords for SEO implementation
* Directing change and making changes to clients web sites so they are optimized for search engines
* Good writer - good command of English language is desirable
* Excellent writing and grammar skills needed
* Microsoft Office skills required
* Ability to communicate internally to other team member’s
* Analytical thinker - able to come up with solutions , problem solver
* Quick learner - self motivated and able to multi task on multiple projects simultaneously
* Works well under pressure and deadlines
* Prior SEO or SEM experience is preferred
