Position:  Sales/Marketing Representative (Medical)

Job Location: Kathmandu Valley & nearby territories (with field travel)

Education: +2 completed (preferably running bachelor's degree)

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in medical filed as MR or Sales officer

With a strong commitment to ethical sourcing, community empowerment, and natural wellness, the company is expanding its healthcare product line, including “Relief” – natural pain relief oil targeted for orthopedic and muscular pain management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regular doctor visits (clinic & hospital) especially Orthopedic, General Physicians & Physiotherapists
• Promote and detail “Relief” pain oil with proper product knowledge
• Build strong relationships with doctors, pharmacies & distributors
• Achieve monthly sales targets and coverage plans
• Conduct product presentations, sampling & follow-ups
• Maintain daily reporting (DCR), territory planning and competitor tracking
• Coordinate with stockiest, retailers & company team
• Plan and execute sales strategies and promotional activities
• Prepare and submit sales report and forecast to management

Salary, Benefits & Facilities

• Attractive Salary: NPR 25,000 – 40,000/month (based on experience)
• Sales Incentives: Performance-based incentives on achieving/exceeding targets
