Position Summary: The Sales Executive in a hotel is responsible for generating revenue by developing and implementing sales strategies, promoting the hotel's services, and maintaining relationships with clients. They work with the sales team to achieve targets and maximize profits.


  • Identify potential clients and establish relationships with them
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Attend trade shows, events, and other networking opportunities to promote the hotel's services
  • Conduct site visits, show rooms and facilities to potential clients and close sales
  • Respond to sales inquiries and handling social media
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential growth opportunities
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team
  • Maintain a database of clients and prospects and ensure timely follow-up
  • Attend sales meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge


  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hotel industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Valid Driving License
