Retail Store Sales Associate

Our first brick and mortar store in the heart of Nepal, Kathmandu! Vision Craft has been an exclusively online-only store for the past few years and we are excited to finally open our first store. Boudha is one of the busiest hubs in Kathmandu with its own demographic and unique characteristics. 

This will be the first of many to come all over Kathmandu. Over the years, Vision Craft has set itself apart from competitors by providing premium quality glasses at very affordable rates. We are not your typical eyewear store that sells fakes and counterfeit products. We pride ourselves in exclusively selling only our creations and in-house brands, with attention to details in every design aspect. 

We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Associate Sales Manager who is dedicated to driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. Someone who’s willing to learn everything there is to know about the world of eyewear!

Qualifications:

• Sales management skills
• Strong communication (written and spoken)
• Customer service-oriented attitude
• Experience in sales strategies
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
• Experience in furniture is a plus
• Fluent in English and Nepali; other languages are a bonus

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential clients.
• Be able to suggest products specific to customers needs and face-shape
• Provide excellent customer service by knowing all the styles and options we carry
• Billing and keeping track of pending orders for prescriptions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.

Additional Specifications:

• Preferably a high school or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• Proven 1 year of sales experience.( Bonus if its an eyewear store)
• Keep track of the inventories / Stock Management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, hardworking, and result-driven.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Provide input in social media videos/photos and stories.
• Coordinate eyewear deliveries with the delivery team.
• Handle customer inquiries about eyewear and resolve issues.
• Maintain a good understanding of customer needs and expectations and handle all customer concerns appropriately and in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintaining an accurate record of all sales to coordinate with warehouse stock. Thereby suggesting future orders for products in demand.
• Collaborating with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience.
• Able to handle orders on multiple platforms like Instagram, Facebook and official website.
