2. COMPANY: VICTORIA TOURS NEPAL is an international travel company with more than 20 branches in 16 different countries. We are B2B package provider to holidays and travel agencies. We provide outbound tours of Vietnam. Singapore, Cambodia, Laos etc. We have recently started our branch at Nepal too.  website: www.victoriatour.com.vn

3. Role description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a reservation officer at Victoria Tours Nepal located in kathmandu. The reservation officer will be responsible for searching new agencies, coordinating with agency inquiry, keeping data of every agency, scheduling tours with the help of the company. Additionally, the reservation officer will be responsible for maintaining client communication and information through company mail.

4. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Email Management: Handle incoming emails, ensuring prompt responses and forwarding relevant information to the appropriate channels.
  2. Agency Research and Outreach: Conduct research to identify potential travel agencies, initiate contact, and foster collaboration opportunities.
  3. Data Entry and Holiday Management: Update and maintain holiday information in our company software, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  4. Communication Liaison: Act as a vital link between our company and external agencies, facilitating smooth communication and collaboration.
  5. Office Organization: Contribute to maintaining an efficient office environment by overseeing supplies and ensuring organizational order.
  6. Calendar Management: Assist in managing the company calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.

QUALIFICATION:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.

Communication Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and courteously with clients.

Organizational Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple reservations simultaneously.

Customer-Focused:

  • Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with composure.

Tech-Savvy:

  • Proficient in using reservation and booking software.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
