Detailed Job description / requirements:

Research and Development Manager

Salary range: Rs. 25000-40000 (Negotiable)*Salary based on the Experience

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the related field

Faculty Preferred: Bachelors' Degree in Electronics and Telecommunication 

Priority Knowledge: Hardware and Software 

Job Description:

  • Researches on Demo products with its specification on product package and user manual 
  • Analyzes the overall product and communicates with vendors 
  • Coordinates with sales marketing and support unit for the research of the products
  • Finalizes the designs of packaging
  • Leads and coordinates with designer for the overall designing of the demo products 
  • Synchronizes the received products with the finalized products as per the communication with vendor
  • Ensures technical and sales trainingConducts competitive analysis of competitor’s product available in the local, international and online market with the coordination of   Supervisor
  • Analyses and prepares report on the comparative research of competitors’ product

Sales/Product/Brand Officer

Salary Range:15000-25000 (Negotiable)*  Salary based on the Experience

Faculty Preferred: Management

  • Minimum Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Must have good Communication and Presentation Skills
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Holding 2-wheeler and driving license is a must

  • Generate new leads to drive sales of products
  • Reach out products to customer, leads through cold calling
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business relationships with Customer and Distributors.
  • Promote and sell IT products to prospective customers
  • Achieve sales targets and outcomes within given time schedule
  • Coordinate for sales activities with team members and other departments
  • Keep best practices for promotional trends
