Mercy Corps Nepal is initiating a procurement process for the supply equipment and installation of an Automatic Weather Station (AWS) in and around Tilathi Koiladi Rural Municipality, Saptari.

Interested and eligible VAT-registered suppliers/firms are invited to submit their duly signed quotations, along with the required supporting documents, to np-procurement@mercycorps.org no later than August 12, 2026.

Required Submission Documents

• Quotation includes the cost of AWS equipment, delivery and installation charges, along with a work plan for the delivery and installation of the equipment.
• Company profile
• Copy of the firm's registration and latest renewal certificate.
• Copy of the VAT registration certificate.
• Copy of the latest tax clearance certificate for FY 2082/83
