Mercy Corps Nepal is initiating a procurement process to procure 200 sets of Emergency Relief Items (NFRIs).

Interested and eligible VAT-registered suppliers/firms are invited to submit their duly signed quotations, along with the required supporting documents, to np-procurement@mercycorps.org no later than August 9, 2026.

Please indicate “Quotation for the Supply of Emergency Relief Items (NFRIs) for Mercy Corps Nepal” in the email subject line.

Required Submission Documents

• Quotation including the delivery timeline and detailed specifications of the materials (including the cost of packaging and labeling with the organization's logo).
• Company profile (maximum 2 pages).
• Copy of the firm's registration certificate and latest renewal certificate.
• Copy of the VAT registration certificate.
• Copy of the latest tax clearance certificate for FY 2082/83
