The Manavsewa Ashram is solely a non-profit social organization founded in Makwanpur, Hetauda, on 29 August, 2012, dedicated to making Nepal a 'street people free country' by helping the most vulnerable, impoverished, disabled, homeless, physically weak or mentally or psychologically challenged people who are forced to live miserable lives in the open sky street-banks and public places.

REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ) for the
Medical Checks service.

Interested and eligible suppliers are invited to submit their quotations for the Supply of Medical Checks service as per the specifications mentioned below. The selected supplier shall complete the Check at Raniban branch of Manavsewa Ashram,
The deadline for quotation submission is 4 Baishakh 2083, 5:00 PM. Quotations received after the specified deadline will not be accepted.
Bidders may submit their quotations either in person at Manavsewa Ashram, Raniban, or via email at quotation@msa.org.np.
Manavsewa Ashram reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations and may award the contract either partially or in full, as deemed appropriate.
The selected bidder must complete the proposed work within the agreed timeframe from the date of commencement, at the quoted rate without any price escalation.
Required Documents: Business / Company Registration Certificate, PAN/VAT Registration Certificate, Latest Tax Clearance Certificate.
Suppliers will be selected based on quality services and cost methods.
If any inappropriate recommendation is found, the supplier may be automatically disqualified from further processing. Manavsewa Ashram maintains zero tolerance for unethical practices and promotes humanity and respectful behavior among everyone.
Manavsewa Ashram will not purchase all service at the same time. The Ashram will procure service either partially or according to its annual requirements.

Note: Payment will be made within 15 days after completion of the work. Manavsewa Ashram will deduct applicable taxes in accordance with the Government of Nepal’s policies. The supplier must maintain laboratory categories such as A, B, and C class.
