Supply, Delivery & Installation of Sanitary Pad Vending Machine, Sanitary Pad Disposal Machine(Incinerator) and Filtration Unit for School WASH Project

1. Wine to Water Nepal invites sealed quotations from eligible suppliers for the procurement of Sanitary Pad Vending Machine, Sanitary Pad Disposal Machine(Incinerator) and Filtration Unit for School WASH Project.
2. Sealed quotation must be submitted to Wine to Water Nepal office, Thasikhel-05, Lalitpur, Nepal before 11:59 P.M. on 28th May 2024. Documents received after this deadline shall not be accepted;
3. The supplier must sign and stamp all the copies of submission including all the documents along with Technical Specification any other document in the Quotation;
4. Wine to Water Nepal reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the quotations without assigning any reason, whatsoever.

Section II. RFQ Data

RFQ 4. The contractor’s Eligibility Requirements are:

1. Cover Letter for submission of quotation with official stamp;
2. Tax Registration/Clearance Certificate issued by the Internal Revenue Authority evidencing that the contractor is updated with its tax payment obligations, or Certificate of Tax exemption, if any such privilege is enjoyed by the Bidder;
3. Certificate of Company Registration;
4. Quality Certificate (e.g., ISO, etc.) and/or other similar certificates, accreditations, awards and citations received by the contractor, if any;
