PROCUREMENT NOTICE

REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ)

Helen Keller International, an Intl non-profit organization (INGO) works to improve the sight and lives of the vulnerable by combating the causes and consequences of blindness, poor health, and malnutrition through public health approaches, building the capacity of organizations, and contributing to policy changes through systems strengthening and operations research.

Minimum Requirements

• The vehicle's date of manufacture should be a maximum of five years old.
• Vehicle’s Brand/Make/Model/Year needs to be clearly mentioned.
• Assigned drivers should have at least five years of driving experience with a valid driver's license. (Minimum age of driver should be 20 years or above)
• Vehicles provided should be a 4X4 (similar to a Scorpio or equivalent).
• Route permit to operate within Nepal.

Eligibility/ Criteria

• Valid company registration, PAN/VAT certificate and latest TAX clearance certificate.
• Company Trade License.

The RFQ must be submitted in your firm’s letterhead, the complete name, title, phone number and e-mail address of the individual to whom communications should be sent. The deadline for submitting Quotation under RFP Ref No. PRF-NP-BPA-011 is January 28, 2026, by 5:00PM Nepal Time (NST) at Nepal.procurement@hki.org or can be submitted in Hard Copies at Helen Keller Intl/Nepal Office.
