Request for Proposal (RFP) for Safe Waste Management of Sharp Waste generated at Vaccination Sites at Kathmandu Valley

FHI 360 has been working in Nepal since the last three decades. FHI 360 Nepal is requesting proposals from qualified locally registered agencies for safe waste management of sharp waste generated at vaccination sites at Kathmandu Valley.

Detailed Scope of Work (SoW) and requirements for proposal submission can be obtained via email request to ProcurementNP@fhi360.org 

The agency has an option to submit either a hard copy or an electronic copy of the proposal. Electronic copy of the proposal and all requested supporting documents should be submitted through email to ProcurementNP@fhi360.org following FHI 360 Nepal’s instructions for electronic proposal submission. Similarly, the hard copy of the proposal and all requested supporting documents should be submitted in a sealed envelope at the below-mentioned address following FHI 360 Nepal’s instructions for hard copy submission:

The deadline for submission of the proposal is June 3, 2024, before 17:00 hours, Nepal time. Proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted and will be considered non-responsive.
