Request for Proposal for USAID Agricultural Inputs Baseline 2024

Bixal Solutions, Inc. (Bixal), is seeking proposals from eligible contractors to provide USAID Agricultural Inputs Baseline Survey for USAID Learning for Development in Nepal. Bixal anticipates awarding a single contract as a result of this Solicitation. Bixal reserves the right to award more or fewer awards than anticipated above.

All Questions relating to this RFP must be submitted to L4Dev.procurements@bixal.com. This RFP in no way obligates Bixal to award a contract nor does it commit Bixal to pay any cost incurred in the preparation and submission of a proposal. 

Bixal bears no responsibility for data errors resulting from transmission or conversion processes.

Offer Deadline and Protocol

Offers must be received no later than 17:00 hrs (Nepal standard time) 23 February 2024, by email only. Any emailed offers must be emailed to L4Dev.procurements@bixal.com.

All Offerors shall guarantee their offer price for 90 days following price submission. Bixal will award the contract within 60 days of the final date for price offer submissions, 23 February 2024. The anticipated service start date will be 1 March 2024.

Please reference the RFP number in any response to this RFP. Offers received after the specified time and date will be considered late and will be considered only at the discretion of Bixal.
