REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

DAI for USAID’s Tayar Nepal Project requests for proposals from interested potential vendors to provide services as mentioned below:

USAID’s Tayar Nepal – Improved Disaster Risk Management Project will strengthen the capacity of Nepal’s national and municipal institutions responsible for disaster preparedness and response. The project is funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and implemented by DAI Global LLC (DAI). The USAID’s Tayar Nepal seeks service from a consulting firm/organization (service provider) that specializes in survey and research (preferably in disaster risk preparedness and response) to conduct an end-line survey for the Tayar Nepal Project. 

Interested bidders may obtain complete solicitation (RFP) documents by emailing and request to TAYARTechProcurement@dai.com and include the RFP reference in the subject line on or before February 22, 2024, 5:00 pm, Nepal time. DAI will only respond to written questions regarding this RFPs through the email address: TayarTechProcurement@dai.com and any questions must be submitted by February 23, 2024, 5:00 pm Nepal Time. 

The proposal should be submitted by email to TayarProcurementINBOX@dai.com, labeled with RFP reference #, on or before 29 February 2024, 5:00 pm, Nepal time.
