Abt Associates, Inc. invites qualified organizations to submit a technical and cost proposal for the provision of the survey to measure ORS and zinc availability in retail outlets in Province 2. The anticipated base period of performance is September - November 2018 with a possible option period for a second survey conducted in 2019.  All interested parties please contact Phoebe Sloane at Phoebe_Sloane@abtassoc.com and Sujan Karki at Sujan_Karki@abtassoc.com for the full Request for Proposal by August 27, 2018. The deadline for questions is August 31, 2018 , and the final proposal deadline is September 7, 2018.
