About the Opportunity

Medical Service Management Trust (MSMT-Nepal) is commencing a Health Clinic to providing compassionate, affordable patient-centred care. To strengthen our front-desk operations, we are expecting a professional, courteous, and organized Receptionist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
  • Manage patient registration and appointment scheduling.
  • Manage phone calls, inquiries, and correspondence efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with administrative tasks.
  • Support healthcare staff by ensuring smooth front-desk operations.
  • Publish updates, announcements, and promotional content for the clinic.

Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification: +2 or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in healthcare or customer service is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
