Job Summary:

Chhaimale resort is seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Cook. 

Key Responsibilities:

Meal preparation, supervisory tasks, inventory, administrative tasks, safety and teamwork. 1st cooks are expected to be leaders, team players and examples of excellence. May be required to provide relief in the absence of the chef.

Qualifications:  At least 1-2 years of working experience in same field

• Demonstrated knowledge of and skill in ability to safely and effectively operate standard foodservice equipment.

• Adaptability.

• Decision-making.

• Customer service.

• Oral communication.

• Planning, problem solving, and teamwork.

• Developing budgets.

• Self-motivated.
  

Education:

High school; additional education or relevant certification is a plus.

Candidate must be eligible for night stay in the resort 4/5 days a week will be prioritized (21 kilometer away from Balkhu Kathmandu).

Salary: 20000-25000
