Receptionist & Booking Operator
Details / requirements:
Location: Zen Nest Boutique Hotel – Thamel, Kathmandu
Type: Hybrid (4–5 hrs on-site daily + remote management)
Zen Nest is a growing boutique hotel in the heart of Thamel. We are looking for a responsible and proactive Receptionist & Booking Operator to manage our online bookings, guest communication, and daily reception operations.
Key Responsibilities

Manage bookings and availability across online platforms.

Prevent double bookings and maintain accurate calendars.

Handle all guest communications (phone, WhatsApp, OTA messages).

Respond quickly to inquiries and convert them into bookings.

Sit at reception 4–5 hours daily for check-ins and walk-ins.

Coordinate with housekeeping for room readiness.

Maintain high guest satisfaction and positive reviews.
Requirements

Good English communication skills (spoken & written)

Basic computer knowledge
Should be proactive online and continuously active

Organized and detail-oriented

Friendly, calm, and professional attitude

Prior hospitality experience is a plus (not mandatory)
