Key Responsibilities:
- Handle front desk operations and calls
- Welcome visitors and provide basic counselling to new inquiries
- Assist with administrative tasks, including:
- Starting classes and uploading class materials
- Calling absent students and maintaining attendance records
- Maintain basic records and Excel files
- Support social media activities (TikTok posting – secondary responsibility)
Optional but Preferred:
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, or similar)
- Comfortable appearing on camera
- Familiar with TikTok and Instagram trends
- Creative mindset and willingness to learn
Requirements:
Willingness to learn and grow
Basic computer skills
Good communication and professional attitude
