Job Description: We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional receptionist to join our team. The receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for our company, greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and providing administrative and operational support across various departments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects a professional image of the company.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and photocopying documents.
  • Assist with operational projects and other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred. 
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Proficiency in Nepali typing.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
  • Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
