The SAARC Tuberculosis and HIV/AIDS Center (STAC) is committed to accelerating progress toward the Sustainable Development Goals, with a vision of making the SAARC region free of tuberculosis (TB) and HIV/AIDS. Our mission is to support National TB and HIV/AIDS Control Programs through evidence-based policy guidance, coordination, and technical support.

The SAARC Tuberculosis and HIV/AIDS Centre (STAC) located in Bhaktapur, Nepal is seeking potential suppliers and service providers to update its annual roster for supplying the following goods and services. 

1. Office Stationery and Office Supplies
2. Furniture supply and repair
3. Printing Press Services
4. Office equipment (including computer, Printer, photocopy machine and software) and their spare parts supply, maintenance and servicing
5. Laboratory equipment, consumable and non-consumable items supply
6. Maintenance/repair and spare parts supply of TOYOTA and Scorpio vehicles
7. Travel and ticketing services
8. Tailoring/Uniform Suppliers
9. Library digitalization and other services
10. Drinking/Tanker Water Supply
11. Internet/Web-related services
12. Book Stores (Medical/TB/HIV/AIDS/Lab)
13. Hospitality services
14. Building repair and maintenance
15. Security Guard Services

Submission Details:

The interested registered firms are encouraged to submit their Eol from their institutional email via to admin@saarctb.org and mark as Expression of Interest (EoI) and mention the category you are interested in from the above list, no later than 20 August, 2025.

The interested registered firms are requested to submit:

1. Company Profile
2. VAT Registration Certificate
3. Firm Registration Certificate
4. Latest Tax Clearance Certificate
5. List of clients/ Recommendation Letter etc.

Disclaimer: The Centre reserves all the rights to accept/reject the rostering of firms in the list in case to case basis.

Note: Firms that have already submitted their Expression of Interest (EOI) in response to the advertisement date 12 June 2025 are requested not to resubmit.
