Quality Assurance Manager

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintains facility compliance to ISO 9001:2015 and SOC2 information security requirements on a day-to-day basis.
• Designs, implements, and documents procedures for process control, process improvement, product configuration and testing following the SDLC methodology.
• Establishes and implements metrics for monitoring system effectiveness and to enable managers to make sound product quality decisions.
• Performs root-cause analysis and other problem-solving activities to identify effective corrective actions and process improvements. 
• Conducts periodic scheduled and ad hoc internal audits on CQ departments and business units.
• Reports to management on quality issues, trends, and losses.
• Assist IT in setting up computers for new personnel.
• Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to other Company departments on quality related and information security requirements.
• Oversees product and process CAPAs and improvements.
• Keeps up on standards, regulations/laws, issues, and news with respect to product (service) quality.
• Formulate and manage the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and systems pertaining to the QMS.
• Making determinations and assisting in the handling of non-conforming products.
• Handle other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

•  Degree in technical field with minimum three (3) years of Quality Assurance experience
• High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.
• Thorough knowledge of developing procedures / work instructions.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 quality standard.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows applications.
