Bagmati Welfare Society Nepal (BWSN) is going to implement the "COVID 19 Emergency Response and Recovery Assistance(CERA)” in Province-1 –Udyapur, Koshi Hospital-Biratnagar (Morang), Province-2- Narayani Zonal Hospital (Birgaunj Parsa), Gajendra Narayan Singh Hospital-Rajbiraj (Saptari), Mahottari, Rautahat and Bagmati Province- Paropakar Maternity Hospital-Thapathali (Kathmandu) over a 13 months  period with the funding support from ADRA Nepal .

Requirements/Competencies:

1.

Public Health Nurse: Six (2 for Narayani Zonal Hospital-Birgaunj (Parsa), 2 for Gajendra Narayan Singh Hospital-Rajbiraj (Saptari), 2 for Propakar Maternity Hospital-Thapathali (Kathmandu)

  • Must have effective counselling skills
  • Coordinate with Project Officer, and Hospital for day-to-day project’s activities;
  • Maternity care for COVID 19 positive pregnant woman at hospital.
  • Demonstrate comfort in addressing sexual and gender issues.
  • Support the client’s right s to sexual and reproductive health.
  • Responsible for recording & reporting to concerned authorities.
  • At least PCL nursing or above level of education 
  • At least 1 years work experience in staff nurse on Family planning, COVID-19 isolation ward   in similar setting or hospitals.
  • Good interpersonal communications skills, ability to work as a team player, self-management skills.
  • Ability to communicate in local language.
