Position : Product Officer

Qualification : BSCit , BCA, Electronics Engineer

Note : Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Required training will be provided; however, a minimum long-term commitment of at least three years is mandatory.

Job duties and responsibilites :

1. Product Strategy & Planning

• Develop product strategy aligned with company goals.
• Select suitable mobile models based on Nepal market demand.
• Plan product launches and lifecycle management.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis.

Key Responsibilities

1. Functional Testing

Test all major hardware functions:

• Display quality (brightness, touch response, refresh rate)
• Battery performance and charging speed
• Camera quality (photo, video, night mode)
• Speaker and microphone performance
• Network signal strength (4G/5G compatibility)
• WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS functionality
• Check fingerprint, face unlock, and sensors.

2. Software Testing

• Verify OS version and UI stability.
• Check for bugs, lag, and app crashes.
• Test pre-installed apps and local apps (e.g., banking apps used in Nepal).
• Ensure OTA updates are working properly.

3. Network & Compatibility Testing (Nepal Market)

Test SIM compatibility with:

• Nepal Telecom
• Ncell
• Check VoLTE and internet speed performance.
• Confirm APN auto configuration works correctly.

4. Performance Testing

• Run benchmark tests for processor and RAM performance.
• Test gaming performance and heating issues.
• Conduct multitasking stress tests.

5. Physical & Build Quality Testing

• Inspect body finishing and material quality.
• Test buttons, ports, SIM tray, and accessories.
• Conduct basic drop and durability tests (if required)
