Product Designer

Key Responsibility Areas

• Take part in user experience research
• Create prototypes, wireframes, sketches, journey maps, and other digital tools to test and improve product experiences in collaboration with internal and external customers
• Use research to challenge and validate design decisions in an ongoing development process that strives to make the customer experience better
• Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success
• Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)
• Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers

Skills and Qualification

• Minimum 2+ years of professional experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer or similar role
• Strong knowledge of the industry and market trends
• Strong portfolio of design projects
• Excellent communication both verbal and written
• Creativity in mixing up colors, shapes, and techniques
• In-depth knowledge of user interface models, application design, and website functionality
• Advanced skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools
• Familiarity with prototyping tools including InVision Studio, Sketch, XD and Figma
• Knowledge of user-centered design processes and methods
• Excellent attention to detail
• Advanced problem-solving skills
• Exceptional presentation abilities, both verbal and visual
• Proficient with front-end languages including HTML, JavaScript, and CSS (nice to have)
