Nepal Team is looking for a proactive Partnerships Specialist to join our team. We are looking for candidates based in Nepal who are ready for a full-time commitment and want to grow in the digital marketing industry.
Responsibilities
Identifying and recruiting new partners
Pitching our offers and closing deals with partners
Maintaining high-quality communication to ensure long-term cooperation

Compensation: 55,000 - 65,000 NPR + KPI/Bonuses.
We provide onboarding and training to get you up to speed
Full-time remote work, following the Nepal Time Zone (Day Shift)
Probation Period: 2-3 months

We are looking for a "Hunter" personality. You are the perfect fit if:
You have a background in Sales
You are fluent in Nepali and have English at a B2 level (essential for international communication)
Strong PC skills
University degree
