Outsourced Staff Services

WWF Nepal hereby invites expression of interest (EOI) from qualified outsourced staff service providers for the expertise listed below. Interested and eligible firms that meet the prescribed criteria and possess relevant expertise in one or multiple areas are requested to submit their EOI application, including all required information as specified below, either via email at admin@wwfnepal.org or by submitting a hard copy application to the WWF Nepal Office by 15 May 2026.

Eligibility Requirements for Applicant Firms:

1. Five (5) years of experience in the relevant field of expertise.

2. Prior working experience with national and/or international NGOs (I/NGOs) or in the private sector with a workforce exceeding 100 employees.

3. Must have a minimum of 100 qualified personnel deployed in expertise I (Security Guard) and expertise III (Cleaner), and at least 25 personnel in expertise II (Driver).  

4. Should demonstrate the capacity, geographic coverage, and relevant experience to operate in Bagmati, Gandaki, and Lumbini Provinces.

Information to be Included in the EOI:

1. Company introduction/profile

2. Detailed list of services offered

3. Organizational structure (organogram) of the company

4. Category-wise details and number of available human resources (personal information such as name, address, phone number not needed).

5. List of clients along with relevant experience certificates/letters

Interested VAT-registered organizations are requested to submit their Company Profile with accurate information, along with copies of the following legal documents: 

• VAT Registration Certificate

• Tax Clearance Certificate for FY 2081–082

• Company Registration Certificate

• Relevant service license

  Any false or misleading information provided will result in automatic disqualification.

  WWF Nepal reserves the right to accept or reject in part or whole any application without assigning any reason whatsoever and is not obligated to shortlist the application.

  Only shortlisted firms/organizations will be notified via email.

  Telephone calls will not be entertained.

  Organizations adopting eco-friendly practices are highly encouraged to apply.
