Out Bound Tours Operators

Job brief

We are looking for a Tour operator (Inbound/outbound) who is passionate about Travel industry. You will manage out bound tour packages For FIT and Group clients, The goal is to keep our clients satisfied and loyal for future services.

Responsibilities

• Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodations
• Provide relevant information (Visa, guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events etc) to travelers
• Book transportation, make hotel reservations and collect payment/fees
• Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds
• Attend travel seminars to remain updated with tourism trends
• Network with tour operators
• Maintain statistical and financial records

Requirements and skills

• Proven work experience at least 3 to 5 years as a Out bound Tour Operator 
• Fluency in English; multilingualism is a plus
• Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively
• Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel 
• Personal travel experience will be considered an advantage
