Operations Officer

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Assist Operations manager in performing day to day office functions & provide support as and when required.
• Provide follow-ups as well as update internal  operating procedures document as needed
• Support in managing and resolving operational issues.
• Store, file and retrieve operational  documents and reports.
• purchase,  store and organize all office supplies.
• Maintain and monitors all office inventory &  equipments & their associated documents. 
• Accomplished any other job as assigned by the company as & when required.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE :

• Bachelors or Masters, preferably in Business / Management, or other related fields
• Capable of working effectively individually and with a team
• Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
• Computer skills required (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Possess a minimum of 1 year experience in administration work and related fields
