Operational Associate

Major Responsibilities:

• Understand the business operations and process shipments/assignments.
• Liaising role concerning operational units inside and outside the country.
• Keeping updated with international shipping practices and market trends and providing input/support in different inter-related departments
• Analysis of potential new market and current market analysis for business development.
• Negotiation and analysis based on operations
• Research-based work to seek new and changing ways to improve the efficiency of the business operations.
• Database maintenance, compilation, analysis and report preparation.
• Consistent emailing and coordinating role
• Follow-up with external parties/ customers
• Ensure assistance in the execution of after-sales shipments.
• Coordinate with overseas parties regularly and timely manner.
• Other tasks as assigned in the unit

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's level completed or running 
• Atleast one year of working experience in a corporate house
• Past exposure to shipping, logistics or trade industry will be preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication with good command of written and spoken English.
• Attention to detail, analytical skills and ability to detect/report inconsistencies
• Positive attitudes with zeal for learning and time management skills.
• Proactive, resourceful and result oriented.
• Team player with strong leadership skills.
• Accountable and Creative
