Job Description
- Diary management and management of meeting links
- Handling queries via skype, email and general correspondence
- Assisting with mail as required
- Taking and ensuring message are passed to the appropriate staff member on a timely basis
- Deal with queries and provide correct information
- Update databases
- Prepare and maintain worksheets
- Schedule and follow up on appointments
- Provide excellent customer service
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
