Role Overview:

The Office Assistant (Runner) is responsible for handling essential field-based and office support tasks. This role involves visiting client locations to deliver bills, collect cheques or documents, depositing payments at banks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations through proper management of office supplies and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver invoices, bills, and official documents to clients on time
  • Collect cheques, payments, and documents from clients as instructed
  • Deposit cheques and cash at banks and submit deposit slips to accounts
  • Maintain records of deliveries, collections, and bank visits
  • Manage office supplies and stationery inventory and place requests when needed
  • Support daily office operations and internal errands as assigned

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum +2 / High School completed

  • Two-wheeler with valid license compulsory for this role.
  • Ability to communicate politely with clients and staff

  • Honest, reliable, and physically able to handle field movement

  • Familiarity with Kathmandu routes is an advantage

Working Conditions:
