Notice Inviting Quotation for Purchase of Items

Funded by Enfants Du Monde (EDM) RMNC project, Green Tara Nepal invites quotations from reputed companies/supply agencies/vendors for procurement of various items. The interested company/supplier/agency/vendor are requested to submit their quotation. Details of items are as follows:

Selection Criteria:

1. Bidder may submit their quotation for single or multiple items according to their capacity.

Required documents:

1. VAT or PAN registration certificate
2. Copy of Company Register (certificate) with renewal till 2078/79
3. Quotation
4. Tax clearance certificate for 2078/79 (If not available of this year present Tax clearance certificate for 2077/78 along with time extension receipt from tax office)
5. Vendors should submit a sample piece of each items to Green Tara Nepal Office along with documents.

Interested bidders meeting above mentioned criteria are requested to send or present  hard copy quotation along with the required sealed documents and sample to Green Tara Nepal office no later than 9th November, 2022 (23rd Kartik 2079) before 17.00 hrs. Please mention “RMNC- Purchase Quotation” as the subject line.
