Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and uptime.

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to customers and internal teams.

• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems.

• Perform network health checks, bandwidth monitoring, and performance analysis.

• Implement VLANs, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), and security best practices.

• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers and coordinate with vendors.

• Maintain accurate network documentation, logs, and equipment inventory.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a network administration or ISP support role.

• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing protocols.

• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, MikroTik, or Huawei devices.

• Familiarity with network monitoring tools (Zabbix, PRTG, Nagios, etc.).

• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and on-call rotations as required.
