Job Description

We are looking for a talented and motivated Mid-Level Odoo Developer to enhance and drive our Odoo implementations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and upgrading our Odoo modules and systems. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where innovation and efficiency are valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new modules and customize existing modules in Odoo.
• Conduct module upgrades and maintain system efficiency.
• Collaborate with other developers and product managers to design and implement new features.
• Perform server maintenance and bug fixes to improve application performance.
• Ensure data security and integrity across all Odoo applications.
• Provide technical support and training to other team members and users.
• Document development processes, code changes, and other technical information.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Odoo development.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL.
• Good understanding of Odoo architecture and API.
• Familiarity with Linux/UNIX and git.
• Experience with front-end technologies is a plus (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills 

• Experience with ERP systems or business application development.
• Prior experience in migrating Odoo modules from older versions to newer versions. 
• Knowledge of additional programming or scripting languages.
