FOR MEP ENGINEER, HOTEL & REAL ESTATE PROJECT DEVELOPMENT
OMSTONE ASIA is developing a luxury boutique resort and residences under the Dusit Thani brand at Dhulikhel Municipality of Kavre District. Omstone Asia is an international hospitality & real estate development company with offices in Nepal and Thailand.
The company is looking for a qualified MEP ENGINEER for PHASE II Project of DUSIT THANI HIMALAYAN Resort to handle and carry out responsibility for the mechanical, electrical and plumbing work of a project site under construction.
Responsibilities
- Planning and carrying out scheduled maintenance.
- Responding to emergencies.
- Diagnosing faults.
- Repairing equipment and testing repairs.
- Supervising contractors, and engineering and technical staff.
- Ordering specialist components, fixtures or fittings.
- Creating maintenance procedures.
- Managing stocks of supplies and equipment.
- Keeping records of faults and repairs.
Requirements
- Work experience 5 Years+ in hotel industry.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
- Should be dynamic and flexible.
- Should be able to handle every arising problems.
- Problem-solving skills
- Teamworking skills
- Excellent technical skills and knowledge.
Work Location: Namobuddha, Dhulikhel
Working Time: Full-time.
Deadline: 10 November 2023
Reports to: Project Senior Engineer
