Medical Report Writer (MBBS doctor or MPT and Physiotherapist) - Work from Home

1. Work from home. The candidate should have good space to work from home. The office will provide laptop and internet service 
2. We need a commitment minimum of TWO YEARS. If you are not willing to commit for at least two year PLEASE DO NOT APPLY. 
   
3. Official working days are 8 Hours a day and 5 days a week ( Saturday and Sunday will be holidays).We follow American work hours. There will be paid leave for 10 additional days. 
4. The training period is for 3- 6 months.  Salary will be paid during the training. The trainers are from the USA and the training time will be the Night Shift (Nepali time).
5.   Candidates with good IELTS or TOEFL scores or with very good English proficiency will be given high priority. A good academic background in medicine is preferred.
6. Candidate must have a good skills in Microsoft Office package (Word and Excel) and a typing speed of minimum 35 words per minutes 

Salary and incentives 

        1.    The starting salary (gross) for Physiotherapists is 40,000 per month (160 hour of work)  and for Medical Doctor is Rs. 65,000 per month. We have a performance based pay system. The salary will increase based on                 your work performance.  There is a standard procedure to evaluate the performance AND a standard format that explains performance based pay system. 

        2.     There is a provision for bonus, paid leave, and other benefits once we sign a contract with the candidate. These incentives are based on our company policy which will be explicitly mentioned in the job contract.

1. Online Medical Report Preparation.
2. Use the information provided by the clients to write a medical report.
3. Write, edit, and review a variety of scientific and medical documents..
4. Follow standard procedures to manage data and present it accordingly.
5. Medical reports should be prepared based on the standard format  provided by our foreign client.
6. Prepare documents within established timelines and in accordance with well defined processes.
7. Prepare documents of high quality in terms of scientific content, with attention to format, consistency, and accuracy.
8. Interested in staying in this position with the initiative of being a team lead and assisting with training team members..
9. Team player- communicate, rely, and assist other team members as needed.
10. Able to navigate through frequent changes to instructions.
11. Able to show initiative.
12. Able to work quickly yet efficiently to achieve productivity goals.
13. Able to work according to US-based timelines and holiday coverage.
14. Able to acquire internet in their home/office location.
15. Able to check email and notifications throughout the day- must be able to stay in touch with me at all times.
