Title: McAfee Engineer

Role Type: Fulltime, Remote(Eastern Standard Time)

Yottabyte is looking to hire a McAfee Engineer to strengthen its NOC/IT Service Line. This role would primarily focus on managing McAfee products for customers.

Responsibilities:

• Trellix ePO administration (formerly MVISION ePO).
  • User Management
  • Administration of product deployment tasks
  • Managing product deployment roll-out
  • System Tree and Tag management
  • Administration of reports
  • Maintaining product Policies
  • Troubleshooting issues with endpoint products
  • Managing DLP Policies and Classifications
• Skyhigh security administration (formerly MVISION Cloud)
  • Administering Cloud Registry/Services (CASB)
  • Administering Web Policy/Web filtering (Secure Web Gateway)
  • Managing DLP policies (tied to Trellix ePO)
  • Troubleshooting Skyhigh components
• Monitoring the general health of the Trellix/Skyhigh ecosystem.
• Cooperating with and reporting to the Client's IT Service Desk and Operations manager.
• Addressing and resolving tickets in a timely manner.
• Escalating and cooperating with Trellix/Skyhigh support.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Expert knowledge (5+ years) of McAfee products including Trellix AV, EDR, DLP, Skyhigh CASB and ePO on-premises.
• Good knowledge of Security principles including system hardening.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving.
• Excellent communicator.
