Job Description

• Plan, oversee, manage and control the marketing activities in all the Company’s business lines including sales and distribution operations
• Oversee customer relations activities, understand customer’s requirements and provide them with services that exceed their expectations.
• Regular market evaluation, add new markets and increase Company’s share in the existing and new markets.
• Ensure that staff are focused on profitability, growth targets and building the brand equity and in support of the strategic direction.
• Develop and implement the sales and marketing policies and procedures

Job Specification

• At least 2 years of experience in a service industry.
• University degree in marketing, business studies or a relevant discipline from a recognized institute
• Effective oral and written communication skills and fluency in both Nepali and English.
• Influencing and negotiation skills.
• Marketing and public relations skills.
• Ability to develop and apply strategic planning processes and develop customer-focused action plans.
