Marketing and HR officer for Japanese Company (Possible work in Japan)

We are Japan Tokyo based company looking for Nepal local staff who wants to join our team. Our comapny is going to expand to Nepal of 2024 and seek staff. For success candidates we will offer you job remote home work first then if you pass the trail term we will apply you japan work visa and relocate to Tokyo. Anyone who is intrested to work as online marketing officer or any HR experience would be very plus. If you speak some Japanese it would be very plus however it is not must. Job Detail

• Attractive Salary (basic salary USD 500 – USD 5000 + company bonus + commission)
• Monthly KPI Bonus, 13th Salary, Quarterly Bonuses + MORE.

• Monthly & quarterly team activities and company trips.
• Business trips to headquarters in Japan or branches overseas (Hongkong, Singapore, etc).

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Find customers globally who are looking for opportunities to work & study in Japan regardless of the customers'
• Japanese language ability via SNS.
• Arrange consultation meetings/interviews with customers.
• Make resumes and visa documentation.
• English-Japanese/Nepali-Japanese translation & interpretation.
• Follow up on payments, and customers' satisfaction.
• Report daily to supervisors.

REQUIREMENT

• Experience in the international sales & marketing/recruitment field is preferable but training will be provided!
• Highly passionate in sales & marketing, and good knowledge in the recruitment field.
• Good command of written and spoken English or Japanese language.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills and microsoft office skills..
• Good time and task management.
• Able to go abroad or on domestic business trips.
• Undergraduate/ recent graduates are welcome.

OTHER INFORMATION

• Probation time: 1 month.
• International working environment with lots of opportunities for personal development and abroad business trips.
• Good income (basic salary USD 500 – USD 1000 + company bonus + commission).
• Work Monday - Friday.
