Key Accountability

•      Provide  an excellent customer care services with accurate, professional and efficient service
•         Good understanding of products. 
•        Take care of the dispatching of orders efficiently with zero errors by offering advice whenever necessary.

•      Handle the delivery team efficiently with proper time management to process and  deliver the orders as fast as possible

•     Work in coordination with overseas  team for placing and dispatching  of orders   
•         Be in constant touch with courier services from dispatch to the delivery of orders

•        Maintain an well updated inventory
